Situated near the Atlantic Ocean, this atmospheric apartment lies only 1,5 km away from Lagos. It is the view on the scenery of rock formations, the skyline of Lagos and the ever-changing play of colors of the Atlantic Ocean which creates an unforgettable holiday experience. You can experience this sensational view in a private, undisturbed atmosphere from the large terrace in front of the living room and from the sheltered roof terrace. Two smaller terraces in front of the bedroom and the kitchen offer a view on the Mediterranean landscape.
The bright and generous flat lies on second floor of the house and spans two floors which are connected by a stairway. The lower area contains an anteroom, a spacious, completely furnished kitchen, a large living area with dining area, sitting area, satellite TV and stereo system and a bedroom with bathroom. The attic room with sleeping accomodation for two persons and the large roof terrace can be accessed via a stairway. The total size of the house including the terraces is 150 square metres. In this quietly located apartment you will enjoy the well-deserved recovery and a very personal holiday feeling !
The flat "Summer Dream" and the penthouse apartment are in the same house. All three flats can be booked ltogeher.

The residential house is located near Meia Praia beach, 1,5 km away from Lagos. It can be accessed via a street which leads to the gulf club "Palmares". A rental car is recommended.
BEACH LIFE
The broad and mile-long Meia Praia beach is located a few steps away from the residential house. Here, sunloungers and sunshades can be rented. Country specific dishes are offered in comfortable beach restaurants and refreshing drinks are served in beach bars. The sea in this large bay is very clean and small fishes and shells can be easily seen while swimming. and various sports activities offer alternation after sunbathing. Large excursion boats pass by the coast and from time to time waterplanes prepare to land. Motorboats pulling paragliders into the air and windsurfers catching the constant breeze from the Atlantic Ocean dominate the scenery.
RECREATIONAL OFFERINGS
There are plenty recreational offerings and there is hardly a wish left unfulfilled. The sports activities offered include windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, boat paragliding, golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, bike riding, wandering, soaring, motor gliding, sky diving and kayaking.
A small airport with an aviation school is located at the outskirts of Lagos. Flights are made in microlight aircrafts. Those who got flying fever can get a flying license. Paragliding is taught in the aviation school, too. |  |
