The heart of the house lies in the light-flooded living area on the first floor. The 32 square metres large terrace, which can be accessed through the large doors, and the wideness of the landscape and the sea create an open space atmosphere. Noble ambiance with stylish antique stone furniture and even, satin-shining walls create an oasis of well-being. The kitchen is a dream with cherrywood, red granite and modern household appliances.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and floor heating to regulate the temperature in any season.
Furnished with comfort beds, hand-knottet moorish carpets and cherry wood furniture, the bedrooms lie on the ground floor and have a bathroom en-suite each.
A 34 square metres large pool is located next to the house. Behind the house there is a small, nicely arranged garden with a roofed terrace, a fountain and an outside staircase leading to the loggia with barbecue area on the first floor.
This dream villa offers you any comfort for your holiday - it is also equipped with electric window roller shutters, alarm systems, interphone and video cameras.
Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed twice a week, bed linen is changed weekly.
