The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet apartment house with view on the courtyard of the neighbouring flats. An elevator is not available.

The apartment was tastefully renovated in 2005, is floored with terracotta tiles and has country-typical style wooden ceiling beams. It has a large dining room with fireplace and a completely equipped kitchen. The living/dining room leads to the open gallery with single bed. A staircase leads from the bedroom with double bed to a further open gallery with futon bed. Air condition, heating, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine and a washing machine are available.
The following further services can be offered against payment: waiter and hostess service, customised production of shirts, cooking courses, luggage storage, lists of restaurants with country-specific specialties, hairdresser and beauty salon, shuttle service to the airport, booking of tickets.
