The cottage is located on a hill, only 7 km away from Florence. It offers a dreamlike view on a large garden and is surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. A wonderful and peaceful place ideal for relaxing from everyday life and discovering tuscany.

The holiday flat is equipped with antique furniture and paintings on the wall. It is located on the ground floor of the cottage and has a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with double bed, a well equipped kitchen with dining corner and an additional sofa bed for 2 people and a large bathroom with bath tub and WC. There are a washing machine and a laundry drier in a separate room. The laundry drier can be used in the winter.
The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the terrace with seat. Here you can enjoy the meals during nice weather. The fresh herbs and the tomatos growing in the kitchen garden may be used of course. In the summer your can refresh under the (warm/cold) outdoor shower immediately after sunbathing.

There is no public traffic nearby and therefore a car is necessary. In a small, 5 km away village there are shopping possibilities and a public parking place where a bus departs several times a day to Florence. The cottage is an ideal starting point for discovering the different sights in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa (70 km away), Arezzo (40 km away), San Gimignano (60 km away) or Siena (80 km away). |  |
