The agriturismo has 2 stone houses for 6 people each which have been renovated in keepint with Tuscan tradition. A small street leads from the nearby Medieval village of Montefollonico to the agriturismo which is located apart amidst the countryside.

The holiday home "Small Mill" is a renovated, approximately 90 square metres large country cottage and stretches over two floors; on the ground floor there are a living room with fireplace leading to the 3 rooms, a bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (one of which has a connected bathroom) and a full bath. The upper floor is accessible via a wooden staircase and has a large kitchen living with fireplace. The kitchen living is also directly accessible from the outside via a terrace with table and chairs. The holiday home is arranged with simple antique furniture. In the garden, a further terrace shaded by oak trees is available.
The holiday home "Hunting Lodge" is an approximately 130 square metres large country cottage and was renovated in 1999. On the ground floor there is the large kitchen with gas stove and oven, fireplace/barbecue, refrigerator, washing machine and direct access to the garden with furnished seat. The ground floor also has a small bathroom. The living room with its 2 rooms is the centre of the house and has a fireplace and custom-made and antique armchairs and sofas.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor which has a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, two further bedrooms with two single beds each and a shower bath. The first floor offers a wonderful view on Montepulciano. The traditional Tuscan furnishing comprises iron beds and antique furniture. Mattresses and bed frames are orthopaedic.

The agriturismo is located on a hillside below the Medieval town of Montefollonico. Enjoy the wonderful panorama view over the valley, with the skyline of Montepulciano and its 15th century San Biagio church to the south, Amiata Mountain to the west, and the hill of Montefollonico to the north. On 5 hectares of land, olives and the wine "Chianti Colli Senesi" are cultivated.
The construction of a public swimming pool was abandoned to keep the rural charme of the village. In proximity you will find public swimming pools and thermal baths. Montefollonico is approximately 1500 metres away and has groceries, a post office, a pharmay, a restaurant and a coffee bar. Places of interest for art history lovers such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Chiusi, Monte San Sanvino, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno with its beautiful villages are only a 1 hour drive away. The thermal baths of Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Rapolano are only a 30 minutes drive away. The agriturismo is located 16 km away from the exit "Val di Chiana" of the motorway Rome-Florence.
