A double sofa bed is available as sleeping accommodation for the third and fourth person. The kitchen range is equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment. The terracotta tiles typical for this area and the balcony with view on the innter courtyard also create atmosphere. From here you can see the Basilica of Santa Maria del Carmine.
Air condition and a remote controllable heating systems are also available.
